One of the interesting stories to hit my email mailbox this morning was one from the Miami Herald about a Connecticut angler who consistently catches 50+ lb striped bass. Most bass fishermen dream of catching a 50+ lb fish once. This guy does it all the time!
Greg Myerson caught a 81.8 lb striped bass off the coats of CT a few years back to establish a new world record. He is a dedicated fisherman and has studied striped bass to the point where he is an expert at catching big fish. If you would like to read about his techniques, here is the entire article.
