Shimano Terez Waxwing Spinning Rods
Shimano Terez Waxwing Spinning Rods were designed to be a part of the Shimano Waxwing System, but work perfectly well with other types of lures and baits. The Terez Waxwings rods have roots in the Shimano Trevala family but Shimano has successfully altered their TC4 blank material to create rods that are lightweight, powerful, and have very specific actions. This means fishing with an extremely thin rod that is incredibly light and can handle big fish with ease. They feature upgraded components, including high quality cork fore and rear grips, and Fuji K style frames with alconite inserts.
If you've never had the chance to fish a Terex Waxwing Rod then you are missing out. Anglers from all over the country are using Shimano Terez Waxwing Spinning Rods to catch big fish with spinning reels. These cork handled fishing rods are available in Pearl White, Aqua, Emerald Green, Fighting Lady Yellow and Sunset Red.
TZSW72M: Designed to fish the Waxwing Boy. Built to fish a 2500 or 3000 sized reel with fast line pick up, this rod will throw the Boy where you need it too. The new K style guides will eliminate those nasty wind knots that drive us all crazy.
TZSW72MH: Designed to fish the Waxwing Junior. Built to fish a 4000 sized reel with fast gears. This rod has the power needed to pull out tarpon, snook, or any other fish under those mangroves.
TZSW70M: Designed to fish the Waxwing Boy. Fishing from the beach or from a boat, this rod was built to catch your larger hard pulling fish. Whether it is stripers in the waves or tunas picking off small baits, or even that dolphin you spotted under that debris, this rod will get them to the boat.
TZSW70MH: Designed to fish the Waxwing Junior. Stripers, tunas, dolphins, kings, yellows or any other game fish that is eating larger profile baits. This rod will put the screws to them.
TZS70XH: Big tunas boiling on bait? This rod was built to fish Stella 20000 with heavy Power Pro. It has the Fuji LC guides for greater casting distance and the power needed to catch those larger tunas. Built to fish Waxwing Boy or Junior. Match the bait to the size of the jig.
