Return Policy

At J&H Tackle, customer satisfaction is our top priority.  While we would like to be able to take back all returns, no questions asked, unfortunately we cannot. 

Any purchase that is returned without taking new merchandise or a store credit will have the original shipping fee deducted from the total refunded.

Any item returned that had Free Shipping from J&H will be refunded less the cost of our shipping fee.

We will refund your money or issue a store credit on any purchase of regularly stocked items as long as the merchandise has not been used, and does not show signs of use. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment!
