Daiwa Coastal SV TW 150 Baitcasting Reels are lightweight, powerful reels made specifically for inshore fishing. These all aluminum reels were built with Gulf anglers in mind. This is the perfect reel for casting popping corks for redfish. The aluminum body is lightweight yet rugged and the SV spool will allow you to make long, accurate casts of lightweight plastics or popping corks with shrimp on them. Daiwa designed the reel on a 100 frame with a deep 150 spool so that the reel would be light, fit comfortably in your hand casting all day long and so that it holds enough line in case you hook into something that wants to run. It features eight ball bearings, a swept double paddle handle and an externally adjustable Magforce cast control system. The ATD drag system puts out 11 lbs at max, which is more than enough to stop a bull red or any other inshore fish you're going to target with light tackle. This reel will work great all over the country for fluke, calico bass, speckled trout and more! Since rods are shipped in oversized packages, we charge a flat $14.99 to ship them.
