Used this 6000 last season in the surf. Had it under water - sand and it’s a beast! I’m not that guy that washes my gear. The rod goes in my truck till the next night. I opened the reel to look inside and put the cover back on. Looked good to me. Started fishing with it this week and it’s my go to reel now.

Outstanding reel for the money. My 6000 did everything and more in the surf. I went bailess , smooth operation, drag through the roof. Cast a country mile. Rolling my pennies for the 4000 version for back bay use.
Tsunami SaltX Spinning Reels have been one of the most talked about fishing reels leading into 2019.
